8/10
Yo, the room was comfy and the shower? A+! Staff was super helpful, especially Priya and Ryan at the front. The outdoor pool area was perfect for chillin’, and the breakfast spread was way better than I expected, fresh fruit, pastries, even a solid hot bar! Just wish the room had a balcony to enjoy the views.

good size rooms, comfortable large beds, exceptional shower
Mildew in the shower needs immediate attention!!! Pool bar regularly closed and no food or service available, which is quite disappointing!!! The exterior looks a bit run down and in need of upkeep to elevate the overall impression!!!

Family with children great value
The pool was beautiful and we enjoyed cocktails there, the staff were friendly, always willing to help. One night, they even helped us fix an issue with our air con right away, which was a huge relief.
It wasn’t cheap to stay here, but overall it was still acceptable.

missingWrote a review on Jul 30comfy bedclean apartmentfriendly housekeepingmaintenance issues
The apartment felt clean and had a comfy bed that made nights restful. Plenty of space available to relax. Location near Woolies made grocery runs super easy. Housekeeping team showed great effort in keeping things tidy. However, I faced issues with the hot water. it was dangerously hot, which posed a risk, notably for families traveling with kids. Some kitchen utensils were missing, needing my attention to report them. The pool area could use some upgrades, as it felt dated. Overall, the apartment provided a good base, but attention to maintenance and better safety measures in bathrooms are necessary.

The location is excellent, with everything close by, including a gated outdoor carpark which is perfect for larger vehicles. The availability of a coin laundry adds convenience for business travelers. I also appreciated the supportive staff who promptly handled an air conditioning issue during my stay.
The initial room was quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep until I was moved to a quieter area.

The Town House was overall a good stay. The kids loved the sofa bed, which was comfy enough, and the main bed was okay, just a bit firm for my liking. Having a washing machine/dryer in the room was awesome! Just a bummer about the electricity tripping when both were running. Clean and spacious, easy access to everything in Darwin too.

The room was spacious, and the outdoor pool area was fantastic, a perfect way to unwind after a day exploring. We loved the convenient location just a 15-minute walk from the waterfront. Plus, the supermarket across the road made snack runs super easy! One highlight was the lovely twin room with two queen beds that fit us perfectly.
